- To work closely with internal and external technology colleagues to find, design and implement creative solutions to increase delivery velocity

About the Role
This role is a key innovative position within the New Propositions & Digital Partnerships team within Group Digital & Technology, with a focus on driving SwissRe to become a Risk, Knowledge and Data company through innovation and prototyping. The team and technology play a key role in helping to encourage a culture of technology excellence, automation, digitisation and better exploitation of data. We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong tech experience that can deliver quality code during innovation sprints, high quality code for reuse while also helping to drive agile working practices and focused delivery within engineering teams implementing market services.
